Who we are

Firstclue is operated by Remember Reality, LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. When we say “we,” “us,” or “Firstclue,” we mean Remember Reality, LLC.

What we collect

When you use Firstclue, we collect the birth details you provide: date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. We also collect the child's current age range. If you choose to purchase a full blueprint, we collect your payment information through Stripe — we never see or store your card details directly.

We may also collect standard usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and referring URL through Vercel Analytics. This data is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.

How we use your data

We use the birth details you provide solely to generate your child's personalized blueprint. We use payment data to process your purchase. We use anonymized analytics data to improve the product.

Data about children

Firstclue is a tool for parents. We collect birth data about children only as provided by their parent or legal guardian, and only for the purpose of generating the requested blueprint. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Birth data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than generating the reading.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the services necessary to operate Firstclue:

Stripe processes payments. Anthropic (Claude) generates the narrative insights from astrological data — birth details are sent to their API for processing. Neon hosts our database. Railway hosts our backend. Vercel hosts our frontend and provides anonymized analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or any other third parties.

Data retention

We retain your reading data so you can return to it. If you would like your data deleted, email us at support@firstclue.co and we will delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@firstclue.co.

Cookies

Firstclue uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
